100 jaar Flentrop Orgelbouw
The Dutch-language book "1903-2003, 100 jaar Flentrop
Orgelbouw" covers all the aspects of the firm's
history.
It is available at € 20,- excluding postage.
Flentrop in America
On the occasion of Flentrop's Centennial Anniversary in 2003,
a special English-language brochure was published
about Flentrop's work in America.
It describes Flentrop's work in the America's since the World Fair in
New York in 1939.
It also contains a short history of the company (summary from the
description in the Dutch commemmoration book)
and an integral reprint of the 'path-finder' lecture that Dirk A.
Flentrop held at the AGO-convention in New York
in 1956 about the rediscovery of the mechanical tracker organ in Europe
in which he played an important role.
An opuslist and many pictures are included.
